Billing FAQ

Before you enter a card.

Is there a free trial?
No — we would rather not advertise one we don't run. Plans are month to month and cancellable from the billing portal at any time, so a single month is the smallest commitment.
What does the record cap actually limit?
How many matching contractors appear in one weekly list. Starter shows 50, Pro 150, Agency everything. The dashboard always tells you the true match total, so you can see what a narrower county or trade filter would surface.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, from the dashboard. Changes take effect on the next billing period and your saved territory carries over.
Do you take payment before the first list?
Yes — billing starts at checkout, and the next weekly list is built the following Sunday night. You can browse your territory in the dashboard immediately.
What happens if an ingest fails one week?
The digest is withheld rather than sent with stale records, and we get alerted. You will never receive last week's list presented as this week's.
